Upright meaning
A person carries ten wands that block their view even though the town is near. Achievement and strain coexist: the work may need finishing, but the way it is being carried is no longer sustainable. The card raises questions about delegation, priorities, and the cost of doing everything alone.
Reversed keywords
Dropping the load too soon · refusing to delegate · beginning to lighten it
Reversed meaning
The person may be exhausted and close to giving up, or finally recognizing which burdens were never theirs to carry. Read the reversal against real behavior: abandoning responsibility and returning responsibility to its rightful place are different things.
