Upright meaning
Light returns and joy can be experienced directly, without layers of doubt. The child riding a white horse under the sun symbolizes freedom and an open, healthy confidence. The Sun often points to success that can be shared, warmth, and the ease of being oneself.
Reversed keywords
Joy obscured · overconfidence · slower progress
Reversed meaning
The light remains, but the person may struggle to feel it. Unrealistic expectations can make smaller achievements seem worthless, or ego may take over the scene. A reversal rarely removes the card's positive core entirely.
