A King sits erect with his sword beneath a clouded sky. Thought has become standards and decisions. The card speaks to transparent evaluation, systems thinking, and reason under pressure. Intelligence should serve truth without overlooking the people affected.

Reversed meaning
Rules may be imposed without listening, or confidence in one's reasoning may crowd out contrary evidence. Conversely, unclear criteria may make decisions difficult.
